| Key words: Demand Planning, Forecasting, APICS, with/from Consumer products background. Search Assignment is for a forecaster, demand planner that has a product demand forecasting background, and is familiar with forecasting software applications being utilized in the market, expecially APICS applications, has knowledge of statistics and ideally would have forecast consumer package goods experience for major retail customers. Client is currently implementing the forecasting module from the John Galt Atlas Planning Suite. Responsibilities would include: Develop, Implement, and Manage a collaborative forecasting process that entails interacting with all levels of the organization, in addition to the buyers, planners, and key decision-makers of client key accounts; evaluating sales potentials of current offerings at retail; Maintaining MRP planning utilizing forecasting and inventory data; Sales reporting; and Measurement of forecast accuracy and related process quality. |
