| One of the largest fabric & textile manufacturers in Asia is seeking a talented Executive Vice President to direct and oversee the organization's sales and marketing of fabrics and garment components to manufacturers & end users who may be private label or liscenced product producers. The primary responsibility will be to establish a broader business in the United States by selling to and working with these clients' to develop integrated marketing/supply solutions, translating the needs of clients into sellable programs that formulate marketable sales strategies that are customized to fit specific client objectives. Obviously it will be an important responsibility to attract, develop, & mentor a first-class team of professionals to accomplish these goals.
Requirements:10-15 years in the Textile & Garment industry, with 10 years at a senior management level within larger textile companies exhibiting Global business experience, especially with Japan, China and Southeast Asia with Export/Import emphasis. Candidate needs extensive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and marketing background with a
Bachelor's or Masters degree preferred.
Personality profile reflects the ability and willingness to do, as well as delegate, while fostering teamwork and collaboration to reflect Enthusiasm, initiative, intelligence and passion in order to manage complex sales cycles with $100-200 million objectives. Must be willing to travel worldwide & work in New York. Relocation package available.
