| Seeking a promotable yarn mill manager to lead manufacturing efforts in an open-end spinning plant. Processes include opening, carding, blending, and OE spinning. Candidate needs prior experience and knowledge of similar yarn processes - particularly Open End and Carding - and be good at communication and follow-up to obtain positive results. This position is a growth opportunity with a strong company within a good business climate. The plant is currently expanding and adding production capacity. Responsibility will be for shift production operations and for overseeing/implementing the preventive maintenance functions throughout the yarn mill while giving guidance to the off shift supervisors in coordination with the plant manager. This opportunity reports directly to the Plant Manager. |
