| Automotive fabric processor seeking leadership for a 3 shift (soon going to 4) jet dye operation. Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management; a minimum 6 years of fabric dye and finishing manufacturing experience; Experience/knowledge in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing in accordance with Automotive ISO and TS16949 standards; and Strong analytical, planning and data driven skills; as well the leadership, motivational and team building skills to effectively lead in a very strong growth environment.
