| Seeking a promotable yarn mill manager/supervisor to lead manufacturing efforts in an open-end spinning plant. This position is a growth opportunity and function will initially be responsible for managing the 1st shift, and overseeing/implementing the preventive maintenance functions throughout the yarn mill while giving guidance to the off shift supervisors in coordination with the plant manager. Processes include opening, carding, blending, and OE spinning. Candidate needs prior experience and knowledge of similar yarn processes - particularly Open End and Carding - and be good at communication and follow-up to obtain positive results. This opportunity reports directly to the Plant Manager. |
